       Since 2009.  Hand crafted in the USA.  Snareweight is the most efficient and versatile way to get your drums sounding their best. Our original patented and weighted brass model has been on drums since 2009.  It incorporates a 310 gram solid piece of brass, a strong neodymium magnet (to removably secure to your rim), and interchangeable leather inserts that help shape your sound. 

     Try out our durable leather M1's or M80's models with 4 different amounts of expressive dampening in each one.  They act as a gate, rise with harder hits letting the drum breath when you need full volume.  You can also flip them up an off the drum if you want the drum wide open. 

     In 2023 we introduced our Fader- gravity proof!  Works on bottom AND top heads with a slider to add the exact amount of dampening and a thumb screw that can add pressure on your drum at the same time.  Try them on the resonate floor tom and tom heads to control the sustain and punch to an exact degree.

     Now in 2025 we bring to you guys our M50 and M100 weighted chrome models.  They sound killer and look like they belong on your snare or toms- finished in chrome to match most hardware.  Also have a centered magnet to easily take them off during or after a song.

     If you get a chance try out our fresh take on an ideal drum key.  It has a skateboard wheel rubber end to attach to the tension rod for storage without the rattle, and with heavy arms, that when spun, make taking off heads a snap.

+ Snareweight Brass #5:  Light to Medium Dampening.  2 different settings in one.  Adds 310 grams of mass for low hum and high ring dampening.

+ Snareweight Fader:  Light to Medium Dampening.  Works for Top AND Bottom heads.  Adjustable slider to finely tune dampening or off for none at all.

+ Snareweight Speedy Key:  Take heads off super fast and store the key on a tension rod without rattle with the rubber end.

+ Snareweight M100:  100 gram weighted chrome damper- magnet on/off function

+ Snareweight M50:  50 gram weighted chrome damper- magnet on/off function
